02 — THE SEASONAL EDITION
BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAYSame relationship.
Bigger moment.
A seasonal sale sits alongside your lifecycle flows. The customer should still feel like one person, with one coherent conversation.
01 Match the welcome to the offer that brought them in.
02 Make the opening message and the reminder do different jobs.
03 Check how scheduled campaigns overlap with automations.

From the wild.

The next great example is in your inbox.
Add an SMS you actually received. Record the brand, the moment, and when it arrived. Your notes and screenshots stay in this browser.
These are my research targets, not confirmed subscriptions. Check the current platform at signup; a historical case study doesn’t prove today’s setup.
Welcome: observe after signup. Browse / checkout: trigger separately and record the event. Restock: wait for inventory. Winback / replenishment: require purchase history. BFCM: observe the actual campaign period.
How to read this collection +
Published example means an image reproduced from Postscript’s public educational content. I’ve kept the source links and retrieval dates so you can check them. Some images are illustrations with unresolved merge fields.
Inbox capture means a message you actually received. A single message does not establish the full automation, its trigger, its timing for other customers, or its performance.
Editorial notes are my interpretation and ideas for what you could test. I don’t infer conversion or revenue results from the creative alone. A signup can’t reveal every flow, so I mark anything I haven’t seen as unobserved.
I put this library together on 31 October 2026. Offer codes and product details in these historical images may no longer apply. Remove personal details from screenshots before you add or share them.
